Idaho Catholic Youth Conference (ICYC) will be held March 10-12, 2023, at the Ford Idaho Center Sports Arena in Nampa. Our Lady of the Valley Confirmation and Youth (grades 9-12) who are planning to attend need to complete the registration form (click here to get form).

Tamalada Coming Soon...Support OLV ICYC!
Youth Ministry is taking tamale orders February 4th through the 12th.
Place your order at the Parish Office or on the Sign-up Sheet in the Narthex. We will have a limited number of tamales available outside of the orders we receive. Tamales will be distributed on Sunday, February 19th and 26th after the Masses. All proceeds will be applied to ICYC registration scholarships.

Youth Group is our Religious Education program for children 6-12 grade, who are not preparing for First Communion nor Confirmation gather Wednsdays from 6:30-8:00pm.
Confirmation preparation is for those students currently enrolled in 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade. Students meet on Sunday mornings in English after the 9am Mass and in Spanish after the noon Mass.
Students need to have been Baptized and have received First Communion to receive Confirmation. If your child has not received First Communion and/or has not been baptized, please speak with Gloria.
A famous missionary in the bible, Paul, told us to "fight the good fight." Our prize is "eternal life" or heaven, our home with our God. We will explore our relationship with God and the rich tools the Catholic Church provides to most effectively enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Our Lady of the Valley asks parents, the primary educators of the faith, to continue discussion about faith and what teens have learned in class.
